Mr. Ivan Chu, the Executive Director of HKSDRI predicted that the silver market value would increase from 1120 billion to 1550 billion in 2025 and the annual market growth rate will be around 5% between 2000 and 2025.

Mr. Chu introduced one of the popular financial products targeting at the elderly, which is named Reverse Mortgage or Houses-for–pension Scheme.
