Executive Director of HKSDRI, Mr. Ivan Chu, was invited by School of International Relations and Public Affairs, Fudan University, to join this academic forum on Hong Kong political parties. It was a platform for academic discussion of professionals from Mainland China, Hong Kong and also Taiwan. Mr. Chu, on behalf of our research institute, gave a keynote speech in the forum about the development of district councils in Hong Kong.
